Dislike formal exercise (calisthenics) or don’t want to go to the gym? Come have fun moving around doing HIIT, strengthening, stamina, balance, flexibility, and stretching moves geared specifically to seasoned adults. You will need light weights (cans or bottles of water are fine), a hand towel or two, a pillow such as a bed pillow, and a hard chair. You should adapt whatever we are doing to meet your body’s abilities/needs and rest as needed. Bring water to drink.
