Living a Good Life Gluten Free

Dr. Barbara Chesler retired after 32 years in Higher Education in September 2020.  During those years she was a faculty member for 16 and an administrator for 16 years.  She also taught elementary and middle school for eight years.  Having an autoimmune disease since childhood and struggling with joint and muscular pain for 18 years, she was tested in 2015 for gluten sensitivity, and it was positive.  She immediately started to educate herself on how this was going to change her life.  Going gluten-free was not easy, but it was very doable.  Since 2015, she has reduced her medications and physically feels the best she has ever felt.  Barbara likes to cook, and she likes gadgets in the kitchen.  She embraced this lifestyle in a positive way and made it fun.  She likes to share what she has learned with others.  Join her for four weeks to learn how to live a good life gluten-free.
